Treasurer Laura Zervic presented the KRESA Budget Resolution to the board on behalf of the Finance Committee, and the trustees approved the resolution at the May 18 meeting. The roll call in the minutes lists AYES: LaDuke, McCann, Keene, Mendez, Zervic and Scott‑Rhodes; there were no NAYS and one absent member (Mini Paulose‑Murphy).
