Marble Falls, Texas — On March 23 the Marble Falls Independent School District Board approved a change in procurement method for several high school bond projects, authorizing Job Order Contracting (JOC) and use of the Texas Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) in addition to the previously approved construction manager-at-risk (CMAR) approach.
