A conditional use permit application from Olsen Explosives, Inc. (submitted May 5) to operate a commercial explosive-products blasting and delivery service was presented and recommended for approval by the Planning Commission (5–0). Planning staff listed two conditions: the use must be undertaken according to submitted plans and the applicant must provide ATF and Minnesota Department of Public Safety explosive licenses and future renewals to the county.
