The board approved the district's 2026–2027 Certification of Instructional Materials after a motion by Kim Crabb and second by Buddy Blue; the motion carried 7–0. Trustees also approved a quote to renew Newsela Education platform subscriptions for 2026–2027 (motion Buddy Blue/Sandy Bible) and later approved renewal of No Red Ink licenses for the 2026–2027 school year (motion Yvonne Hampton/Juan Duenez); both motions passed 7–0.
