The Marshall ISD Board on April 20 approved an extension of the program management contract with LAN to continue oversight of district bond projects. Assistant Superintendent Andy(Andrew) Chilcoat told trustees LAN needed an extension to complete bond project management tasks; the Board voted 5–0 to approve LAN as program manager for continuing the MISD bond program and projects.
