Commission adopts traffic assessment, traffic‑study rules for rezonings and large developments
Robertson County adopted a zoning resolution requiring developer-paid traffic assessments for certain rezonings and full traffic studies for large projects. Planning staff said engineers hired by developers will recommend mitigation to the planning commission and highway department review.
