The Board approved its consent agenda by a motion from Trustee Dana Hancock, seconded by Trustee Bo Hoffman, with a unanimous vote. Consent items recorded in the minutes included the previous meeting minutes, financial reports and bills, tax reports, utility usage graphs, a budget amendment and the quarterly investment report.
