Cold Spring Board rescinds emergency water conservation order; regular use allowed Friday at 5 p.m.
The Village of Cold Spring Board of Trustees voted 3-0 July 10 to authorize Mayor Kathleen E. Foley to rescind an emergency water conservation order issued July 8. Officials said the treatment plant is fully operational after turbidity from July 6–7 rainfall was resolved; the clerk was directed to post notice.

The Village of Cold Spring Board of Trustees voted 3-0 on July 10 to authorize Mayor Kathleen E. Foley to rescind an emergency water conservation order that the board issued on July 8. The motion, introduced by Mayor Foley and seconded by Trustee Laura Bozzi, authorized regular water use to resume at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 10, 2026.
