The Cumberland County Board of Supervisors approved a conditional-use permit (CUP 2602) allowing an event facility at Firefly Point, a 14-acre parcel around Cobbs Creek Reservoir. Planning staff presented the site maps, a survey and photos of the renovated barn proposed for small events.
