The Holly Area Schools Board recessed to an executive session at 9:17 p.m. pursuant to Section 8(1)(k) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act to discuss security planning and reconvened at 10:08 p.m. After the executive session, the Board voted to approve an update to the district Emergency Operations Plan.
