Trustees accepted the 2024–25 Final Annual Financial Report (AFR) at the Jan. 19 meeting with no changes from the November presentation by David Parkman. Randy Murphey moved to accept the AFR as presented and Erica Patton seconded; the full board voted in favor and the motion passed.
