Interim county administrator Lauren Seifer told the board her immediate priorities are keeping county business moving and preparing for the 2027 budget cycle. Seifer said staff are finalizing requests for proposals for an enterprise resource management (comprehensive finance) system and a benefits-management procurement, and that the goal is to have these items factored into 2027 budget planning.
