The Town Commission reviewed and approved a resolution establishing the proposed millage rate, the rollback calculation and the dates, times and locations for the first and second public budget hearings for fiscal year 2026–27. Staff presented Palm Beach County's assessed valuation of approximately "730,000,737 and $89" for the town and explained the effect of Florida's 'save our homes' caps on individual tax bills.
