County renews software subscriptions, approves vehicle purchase and facilities contracts
The Board approved renewals of NEOGOV/PowerDMS subscriptions for the Sheriff’s Office, a service agreement with U.S. Bank for Treasurer banking services, a $137,881 Freightliner box truck purchase for Environmental Services, and multiple facilities design and furnishings contracts. Payments of 2,008 vouchers totaling $18,015,788.81 were also authorized.

Montgomery County commissioners approved renewals and purchases appearing on the consent docket, including renewals with NEOGOV/PowerDMS for software subscriptions used by the Sheriff’s Office (not to exceed $18,369.25 and $32,707.66 through 2027). The Board authorized a service agreement with U.S. Bank for Treasurer banking services through August 31, 2028, and approved a purchase of a 2027 Freightliner M2 106 Plus box truck for Environmental Services not to exceed $137,881.
