The Montgomery County Board of Commissioners on July 28 authorized a temporary closure of Alex Bell Road between Paragon Road and McEwen Road in Washington Township to address a drainage culvert failure; the resolution specifies the closure could last approximately two weeks after certification. The Board also authorized acquisition of standard highway easements and temporary construction easements for the Westbrook Road bridge reconstruction (Job #2023-14) and accepted deeds to be executed and recorded.
