At a public bid opening, the county received a single lump-sum bid of $85,850 from Diamond Engineering for repairs to the administration building handicap ramp. County staff noted the bid did not include a bid bond in the submission. A commissioner moved to accept the bid and refer it to the building/grounds department for processing; the board voted to approve the action with all present members voting yes.
