The Royal ISD Board approved an additional scope change to TELLEPSEN's Guaranteed Maximum Price for elementary school playgrounds for $434,554.45. Trustee Elton Foster moved the motion, which was seconded by Traci Seward; the motion passed with all trustees recorded as voting in favor.
