Royal ISD approves construction, program-management and IT contracts including LAN, Tellepsen and Fidium
The board approved authorizing negotiation with LAN for program management of stadium and Bond 2026 projects, a $38,088 additional scope for Tellepsen on high school CTE renovations, and a 36-month Fidium phone service renewal totaling $499,906.80, plus an Edustaff substitute services agreement.

Trustees on June 15 authorized the superintendent to negotiate and enter a contract with LAN to provide program management services for stadium construction and related Bond 2026 projects, with authority to negotiate terms and fees within budgeted funds. The motion, made by Elton Foster and seconded by Cori Vahalik, passed unanimously.
