IT, security and courthouse move: staff coordinate data drops, cameras and audio upgrades
IT and facilities staff described coordination with CTI to install TVs, data drops and security cameras for the new courthouse addition and said CTI will handle electronics while Building & Grounds will lead security placement decisions.

IT staff and county project leads briefed the commissioners on technology and security planning for the courthouse addition. Doug (speaker 14) said CTI will install TV brackets, ceiling mics and other electronics and that IT is pressing to get data drops and power placed before drywall goes in so future wiring work isn't required. "Before they get the ceilings in, it's easier to do it before all the drywall," Doug said.
