Work group approves package of recommendations amid objections over process
After debate over transparency and task‑force composition, the work group approved moving a package of favorable recommendations as a block; staff recorded two abstentions and two oppositions and will include written objections in the final report.

A motion was made to move "favorable recommendation on all of these" recommendations as a single block to expedite action on a chart of many items. Tedesco moved the block motion and a colleague seconded.
