Staff introduces new groundsman, notes three-year wage step for employee
Staff announced the hiring of groundsman Kate Picklesimer and said employee Jordan reached a three-year milestone and moved to full pay. The board was invited to meet the new hire at City Council events and thanked staff for the update.

Staff told the board that Kate Picklesimer has been hired as the utility's new groundsman and asked members who had met her at City Council to welcome her. "You guys just might have met Kate as he was walking in, Kate Picklesimer," staff said while introducing the hire.
