The Select Board reviewed the mechanics of its barn-easement scoring framework, clarifying that each scoring category represents a range of values rather than a single point. Assessing Clerk Gretchen Rae told the Board the options span roughly 25% to 75% per category; Select Board Member Bonnie Tucker asked whether the five categories would "just add up to one," prompting Chair Tyler Ward to explain that "each thing that we put a check mark next to have a range within it. That's the difference."
