Planning staff presented zoning commission recommendations for two two‑lot minor subdivisions. Daniel Priestley reported the Twisted Timber Acres addition south of Sloan had been reviewed and the community waived extraterritorial review; the zoning commission recommended approval and the board received the report and then approved the final plat (motion passed 5–0).
