Elementary and middle schools report events, programs and testing dates
District administrators reported on school events and programs: Backpack program operations; an elementary Runza fundraiser Nov. 12 (15% of sales donated); NAEP testing scheduled Feb. 11; Middle School activities and MTSS updates; and recognition for student Jesus Montoya.

Administrators told the board that the elementary Backpack program is now running and that a Runza fundraising night is scheduled for Nov. 12 from 4:30–8:30 p.m., with 15% of sales to benefit the elementary school. Elementary parent nights have had strong attendance and the district noted that elementary students are scheduled to take the NAEP on Feb. 11.
