The Ballinger ISD Board approved a resolution to censure Trustee Stephen King in a 4'3 vote. Trustee Scott King moved and Trustee Jason Battle seconded the resolution; Trustees Scott King, Michelle Aguilera and Jason Battle voted for it, Trustees Stephen King, Jason Strube and Cheryl Buchanan voted against it, and Board President Manuel Galvan cast the deciding vote in favor.
