The Hart Board of Education approved proposed language updates to the HTA contract and also approved retroactive language updates at its April 20 meeting. Board member Irma Hinojosa moved approval of the language updates and Board member Mike Barefoot seconded; the board approved the motion 7–0. A subsequent motion, moved by Steve Riley and seconded by Andy Carter, approved the retroactive language updates and also passed unanimously.
