The board approved contract change order number 2 (final) to the construction agreement with Matt Winters Excavating LLC for replacement work on the Pioneer Trail Bridge spanning the Aurora branch of the Chagrin River in the City of Aurora. The motion was moved by Commissioner Coughlin and seconded; roll-call votes approved the change order.
