An agency official delivering the Linn County Sheriff report told the Halsey City Council that deputies logged 62 calls for service over the two-month period covering September and October. "Over the last 2 months, 62 calls for service," the official said, noting the tally included two arrests and a single crash that resulted in a citation for a failure to stop.
