RDA executive director reports multiple redevelopment projects advancing, including Riverside maker's-space

In an executive director's update, staff described a mix of projects at various stages: a Riverside maker's-space concept that would combine light commercial and artisan uses with community space, ongoing construction at a P & R property that includes about 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and finishing work in the final phase of the Gryphon/Tribes project.
