The Runnemede Joint Planning and Zoning Board voted to approve Application 2602, which sought a residential bulk variance to increase impervious coverage in order to install a swimming pool. The Chair introduced the application, and the applicant and board discussed permit timing and requirements; the Chair emphasized that no building permits would be issued until the requisite paperwork and approvals were complete.
