The Clinton County Board of Commissioners approved a package of routine contracts and financial items during its Dec. 16 meeting, including a 24/7 online vital-records request service, maintenance and redaction agreements for the Recorder's office, an elevator-maintenance agreement for the Annex, and a compliance form related to Paul Phillippe.
