Committee members used the presentation to probe operational details. Stephanie Moll asked how many staff are Tier 1; Director William Wang said he would check and report back. Aaron Lee asked how much of the district’s savings would be used in the budget; Wang explained how savings are factored into the plan. Superintendent Darin Drill said he has visited all buildings to brief staff and assured employees they will have jobs in 2026–27 and that union agreements will be honored.
