Council adopted Resolution 2026-5R to award engineering and architectural service providers to complete application and project-related engineering and architectural services for Community Development Block Grant funding administered by the Texas General Land Office. Councilmember Lindsay moved to approve the resolution and Councilmember Vonderlin seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
