Trustees approved TASB Policy Update 127, updating multiple local policy codes listed in the agenda. The motion to adopt was made by Trustee Shane Ball, seconded by Trustee Chris Cantrell, and carried 5–0 with two absences.

At the June 22 meeting the Ector ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved TASB Policy Update 127 among members present. Trustee Shane Ball moved to "approve the TASB update 127 as attached," and Trustee Chris Cantrell seconded; the motion carried with five votes in favor and two trustees absent.
