After reconvening from closed session, the board approved an estoppel certificate and easements related to a development agreement on district real property located at 10400 Helms Trail, Forney, Kaufman County, Texas 75126. Board Vice President Chad Johnson moved the approval and Board Member Michael Idemudia seconded; the motion carried 7–0.
