The Planning Commission voted 6–0 to recommend adopting resolution LP26-0003 to remove the Town Center height waiver and delete the affordable-housing bonus floor. Staff also advanced master-plan and code-enforcement work sessions with public‑hearing dates and a proposed effective date for code enforcement updates of Jan. 1, 2027.
