Boone County Board approves transit building bidding documents, staff to finalize bid package

The Boone County Board approved the construction documents for a new county transit building on a 12-0 roll-call vote, with Marion Thornberry making the motion and Josh Shumaker seconding. County reviewer Randy Darnell of CCS told the board that "they have received and reviewed the specifications and the architect's corresponding budget" but that final review remains to be completed.
