The board voted to enter an executive session at 7:49 p.m. to discuss negotiations under the statutory grounds listed in the agenda and exited at 8:15 p.m.; the motion recorded that no other matters would be discussed in the session.

At 7:49 p.m. the Morrill Public Schools Board voted to enter executive session for the purpose of discussing negotiations. The motion (Action Item VI.5) was made by Sue Gompert, seconded by Rob Martin, and the minutes record that no other business would be discussed while the board was in executive session. The board exited the executive session at 8:15 p.m. by motion of Rob Martin.
