Hannah Brock, who identified herself as an employee of Madison County, asked the board during public comment to authorize an independent audit of the county’s payroll processes, saying she has concerns about how audits of grant-funded positions have been handled in recent years. "I am here today to formally request an independent audit of our payroll," Brock said.
