Two members of the public spoke during the comment period near the end of the meeting. Mary Heath asked whether insurance was included in the RFP; Chair Jim Hoyt replied that insurance and workers' compensation were required. Marcia Murphy asked if the designer/builder would be registered with the Secretary of State; Hoyt replied that they would be.
