The Health Facilities Commission elected Barbara Brennan as vice-chair after a nomination from Lauren Legate and a motion by Michael Denney that James Wright seconded; the motion carried with the vote recorded as CARRIED [8-0-0]. The commission also approved the June 24, 2026 minutes by roll call (motion carried [9-0-0]).
