The Montverde Town Council reviewed a draft Strategic Plan presented by Town Manager Paul Larino at the May 5 special meeting. Vice Mayor Carol Womack said the draft was an improvement over the prior version, and Councilmember Bryan Rubio raised concerns about how the Strategic Plan would be implemented and how training would support its execution.
