Board ratifies three-year classified contract with OSEA after unanimous vote
The board unanimously approved a three-year collective bargaining agreement with the Oregon School Employees Association covering July 1, 2026'June 30, 2029; OSEA reported a 51% chapter turnout with 100% approval by voters.

The Gresham-Barlow School District board voted unanimously on May 7 to approve the classified collective bargaining agreement negotiated with the Oregon School Employees Association (OSEA) for the 2026-2029 contract term. Executive Director Michael Sweeten introduced the agreement and OSEA Co-Presidents Erika Fuller and Jessica Houck reported a chapter vote turnout of 51 percent with 100 percent voting to ratify the contract.
