The Carbon County salary board moved and approved a change to the Emergency Management Agency (EMA) staffing and pay structure. Carmen read the proposal: "Change the rate of 1 EMA coordinator from $27.70 per hour, grade s 7 step I, to $24.50 per hour, grade s 7 step e, effective 10/03/2024." The board voted to approve the rate change.
