Committee members reported ongoing problems at 159 Berkshire Ave, saying the work there appears not to follow approved plans and that submitted materials were criticized by John Goddard. Chair (Speaker 2) said, referencing Goddard’s review, that “what they've done is kinda worthless,” and members debated sending another formal follow-up to request meaningful plans and a schedule for compliance.
