Taylor and Sarah Schwartz asked the Marietta Board of Zoning Appeals to reduce side-yard and rear-yard setbacks at 992 Marbury Court so they could place a small tool shed in the most level area of their backyard. Taylor Schwartz said he had spoken with all neighbors and secured HOA approval, and that utilities and terrain limited alternative locations.
