Library heat pumps installed; electrical upgrade and LED bid expected
Board member Brian Cali reported that heat pump installation at the Reading library began April 16 with contractor Brite Lite, including condensate routing, a condensate pump and a dehumidifier; an electrical service upgrade and an LED lighting bid are pending inspection.

Reading Energy Board members heard that heat pump installation at the Reading Library began the morning of April 16. Brian Cali told the board he was pleased with contractor Brite Lite and installer Rob for a "solution-oriented approach," and that condensate lines were routed to a condensate pump in the basement with a dehumidifier added to that system.
