The McCamey ISD board authorized use of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) as the solicitation method for the Teacher Housing Bond Project after a motion by Sarah Acosta, seconded by Brandon Butler; the vote was recorded as carried.

During the May 29 special meeting, board member Sarah Acosta moved, and Brandon Butler seconded, a motion "to authorize the use of Request for Qualifications (RQF) as the method for the McCamey ISD Teacher Housing Bond Project." The motion carried with Amber Selby, Robert Silva, Sarah Acosta and Brandon Butler voting in favor.
