The board approved an MOU to change the reassignment date for a Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA). The minutes record the motion as "Motion by Wiese, second by Likness, to approve the MOU – Teacher on Special Assignment Reassignment Date Change," and note the vote carried 4-3 with Members Chrissy DeBates, Brad Carson and Mark Hiniker recorded as dissenting.
