The board postponed consideration of the RPC 1404625 appeal for the property at 4100 Fairfax Drive until Wednesday, Aug. 19 to allow the county to supply written legal citations explaining the statutory authority for assessing an approved adaptive-reuse conversion as a depreciated apartment shell and land-rate combination.
